The most important part of Trivore Identity Service (TIS) user guide is built in to the portal itself. It can be found by selecting the numerous blue information buttons (i). Each info-button context related help information of the item on screen. Most fields and buttons have their own info-button for context sensitive help. This flexible online help arrangement also means this user guide is more an introduction to TIS, and not a comprehensive user guide explaining all the details of TIS. In addition to being introduction, this user guide explains broader concepts and functionality of TIS. In short, the online user guide and this offline user guide complement each other.
There is also a plenty of technical documentation available, which is mostly to the interest of administrative users. That documentation is available for all customers in appropriate form.
