This user guide is meant for everyone who uses onePortal™ in any role and not familiar with the concepts and general principles of how onePortal™ works and how one works efficiently with onePortal™. This user guide is also an introduction to the terminology used in onePortal™ web user interface.

As the name of this guide implies, the emphasis is for administrative purposes. It is customary, organisation administrators make a localised subset of this guide available for user accounts, shall they need to use Management UI directly.

Who uses onePortal™ Management UI?

onePortal™ is used by people who need to access and use the accompanying business applications or onePortal™ built-in applications, like the Multi-channel Communicator.

Probably the most satisfied onePortal™ users are those who have a clear view of the tasks they are supposed to do in onePortal™. For that, task-based training and guidance is the best path. You should also note that all features listed in this user manual are not visible to all users. Only those attached to the role of a certain user are shown.
