This is a major release. Notable change is upgrade from Java 8 to Java 11. Upgrade path is available from version 3.19 to 4.0. Upgrade from earlier versions is possible but configuration changes are required. See release notes for 3.19.

Downgrade from version 4.0 to earlier version is supported to provide rollback capability in case of major issues arise.

Notable changes

Temporary directory has been changed from /var/lib/oneportal/tmp to /tmp with systemd PrivateTmp= enabled. If /var/lib/oneportal/tmp exists after upgrade, it should be removed.
