Sign-in to the Management UI

In order to use Trivore Identity Service, signing in with correct credentials is required. In addition to credentials, the web address of Trivore Identity Service is required. Correct address to be used is given at the same time as credentials.

1. Open web browser.

2. Type in the address of Trivore Identity to the address bar of the browser and press the “Enter” key on your keyboard. Wait few seconds for Sign in screen to appear.

On the sign in dialogue, please enter your credentials:

1. Fill in “Username”. Please note, instead of just username, most often sign-in names are used. These are verified email addresses, and verified mobile phone numbers.

2. Fill in “Password”.

3. Select the “Sign in” button by using the primary button of the mouse (usually left mouse button). Pressing the “Enter” key on the keyboard will also have the same effect as pressing the “Sign in” button.

4. If you have TOTP 2FA or SMS 2FA enabled, you will be required to enter an authentication code sent to you on an application or through SMS.

Note:

• If this is your first time signing in you will need to read and accept the privacy policy and the terms and conditions.

• If you have forgotten your password, fill in only “Username” and select link “Password forgotten?”. password recovery (covered in section “Password recovery, a.k.a. forgotten password”) will be initiated.

• Please note that it is not possible to sign in to Trivore Identity Service using more than one account in same browser. You need to open an incognito browser window or use a different browser for each user account in order to be signed in with multiple accounts simultaneously.

• To Sign out from Trivore Identity Service, please select Personal Menu, and Sign-out from there.
