A service supervisor has full access to the system configuration of the service.

The administrative tasks include the following and many others:

  • Manage organisation managers, vendor/master managers, and other supervisors

  • Manage operators

  • Configure branding, mobile platforms, and services to support EMM

  • Configure communication services for SMS and email

  • Configure service support contact information, email templates, and localisations

  • Configure system-wide applications, certificates, and firmwares

  • Etc.
