Data synchronisation server
This is URL-address for the data synchronization server. It is the preferred data synchronization URL.
Alternative format
Not all devices understand the data synchronization URL format where port used in synchronization is following the URL.
This address can be used for those devices.
Device management server
This is URL-address for the device management server. It is the preferred device management URL.
Alternative format
Not all devices understand the device management URL format where port used in management is following the URL.
This address can be used for those devices.
License validity
It shows validity time for current license. It indicates the beginning and ending dates of your service license.
If you find any errors here, contact your service provider.
Forced theme
This can be used to force all organization members to have specified theme. Use Save-button to save selection.

There are also three different tables containing statistics about the organization.
One table shows the service licenses available and in use.
Another table shows the amount of end users, managers, resources and devices within the organization.
And third table contains information about accounts that are expiring within next 60 days.

Note:
Express licenses are consumed by enabling data synchronization for a user.
Management licenses are consumed by enabling device management for a user.
If all available licenses have been used, you must disable data synchronization (for Express license)
or device management (for Management license) in order to free licenses for other users.

Name Policy
Name policy is an instruction that needs to be followed whenever creating new names within the organization.
To create a new name policy, use the Add button, while Edit will edit existing name policy and Remove deletes currently selected policy.

With name policy editor you can define following settings to name policies:

Type
The type of the name policy. This defines the target for this name policy.
For example, when account-cn is selected, this policy will restrict IDs of new accounts.
Minimum length
This is minimum length of the policy target.
Maximum length
This is maximum length of the policy target.

Allowed characters and forbidden character text fields are read-only fields that contain values that only service supervisor can define.
Test text field contains possibility to test strings for their validity for the settings currently defined in the dialog.
