The most important part of onePortal™ user guide is built in to the portal itself. It can be found by selecting the numerous blue information buttons (). Each info-button context related help information of the item on screen. Most fields and buttons have their own info-button for context sensitive help. This flexible online help arrangement also means this offline user guide is more an introduction to onePortal™, and not a comprehensive user guide explaining all the details of onePortal™. In addition to being introduction, this user guide explains broader concepts and functionality of onePortal™. In short, the online user guide and this offline user guide complement each other.

We are always improving the help system of onePortal™, and need your help! Please see section “Feedback on Management UI“ on how to send us your invaluable feedback.

There is also a plenty of technical documentation available, which is mostly to the interest of administrative users. That documentation is available for all customers in appropriate form.
