Building onePortal (now TIS, Trivore Identity Service) started 1-Jul-2015. It toke 10½ months to mature to a version we wanted to call v1.0. In v1.0 we had full user and group management for web applications. We had actually used it as the basis for some customer web application projects before first major release as a standalone product.
