Self-Service Registration and Setup

You can register yourself in the service and set up your devices without the need to contact support staff.

This feature may or may not be enabled in your organisation.

By following the instructions given below, you can

  • Register yourself in the service as a user

  • Register a mobile device and set up the service for it

  • Register and set up additional devices

These are covered in the following sections:

Registering in the Service

  1. Access the service using the self-service URL given to you

  2. Accept terms and conditions

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Wait for a confirmation request email to arrive. Once it arrives, click the confirmation link given in the email message.

  5. Enter your basic user information

You have now registered in the service and can proceed to register and set up one or more devices, as described next.
