Managing an Organisation
This article describes the basic tasks in managing the organisation configuration, as well as users and devices.
Typically, bigger organisations have one or more managers who set up the service and then have separate support personnel working at a support desk, handling daily requests.
Any of the tasks can be performed by administrators in the master/vendor organisation, as well as by the service supervisor.
