My Data

The My Data section in the self-service portal allows managing various data that is syncronised between the device and the EMM service.

While the user interface typically allows managing all the data sections, not all devices necessarily support them. On Android, at least Contacts, Calendar, SMS, and Files are supported.

Open	Contacts	Manage additional items in the device's address book.
Open	Calendar	Manage personal calendar.
	Tasks	Manage tasks.
	Notes	Manage notes.
	Bookmarks	Manage browser bookmarks.
	SMS	Manage SMS messages sent to or from the device.
	Files	Manage files, such as shared files or files such as images backed up from the devices.

What data is synchronised depends on the type of data and whether synchronisation is enabled for it.
