My Devices
The My devices section in the self-service portal shows all your devices and allows performing various tasks on them.
New devices are registered by an administrator (organisation manager) in your organisation or by a service provider. It is also possible to register new devices using a self-service installation code in the device.
The view has the following sections:

The list shows basic details of the devices.

Device Tasks
You must have a device selected to perform tasks on them. If you have multiple devices, you can perform some tasks on all selected devices.
The available device tasks are as follows.

The available tasks depend on access restrictions and not all might be available in your organisation.

Lock device | Remotely locks the device so that it cannot be used. | |
Unlock device | Remotely unlocks a previously locked device. | |
Install application | Manage installed applications on the device. | |
Enterprise wipe | Wipes organisation apps and data, while leaving all personal apps and data intact. | |
Wipe device to factory settings | Wipes the device entirely empty. | |
Request location update | Request location updates to track the device for a period | |
View reported locations | View locations reported earlier during requested or scheduled tracking |
Messages
At the bottom of the view, you can view messages broadcast to all users in your organisation. These are the same as should be visible in the EMM client app in the devices.
