Full Wipe and Enterprise Wipe
All provisioned devices with a service user license can be remotely wiped and reset to factory settings.
Warning
If an Android device has Factory Reset Protection (FRP) enabled, it will not be entirely cleared, but will remain bound to your Google account. After wiping the device, the you need to authorise reinstallation by connecting the device to the same account. This prevents reusing a stolen device by wiping it. However, the protection can cause problems if you are wiping the device for other reasons, such as for giving the device to another person, or if you have changed your Google password recently. See Wiping an Android Device for more details.
It is important to have the correct security code in device’s settings. To wipe your device to factory settings, go to my devices then select your device from the list and click Wipe device to factory settings.
From the device tasks menu you can wipe device to factory settings.
