Preferences: General Tab

In the General tab of user preferences, you can change the following:

• Name
• Password
• Email and phone number

The tab also displays the availability of the service for your organisation.

Remember to click Save preferences to make the changes effective.

Service availability

The Service availability section shows the availability of the service for your organisation. Your personal availability could be different.

Resources owned by me

Resources are typically shared address books, calendars, and other data, which you can view in the My Data section of the self-service portal.

If you have been assigned as an "owner" of such shared resources, clicking the Resources owned by me button allows managing access of other users to the shared resources.

1. Click Resources owned by me
2. Select resource window opens
   
3. Select a resource from the drop-down list
4. Click Select
5. Edit the Access Control List (ACL) for the resource
   
   You can give other users Read or Read/Write authority.
6. Click Save & close to save the changes and exit, or Cancel to exit without saving
