Configuring WSDM Clients and Company Hub

Devices are managed using a WSDM client in most platforms and a Company Hub in Windows 8 and 10. Normally, you use system-wide settings set up by the master/vendor, shared by all organisations that use the service. If you for some reason need to use a different WSDM client, you need to override the system-wide settings in Configuration→Platforms.

In such a case:

  1. Navigate to Devices→Applications

  2. Add the WSDM client apps or the Company Hub app that you need to use in the organisation, as described in Application Settings


  3. Navigate to Configuration→Platforms

  4. For each platform that uses a WSDM or Company Hub app that you installed above:

    1. Unselect Use system wide settings

    2. Select the app that you defined earlier from the WSDM Client drop-down

    3. Click Save changes
