Some applications might have special attributes that need special feature markings for system to identify them correctly.

One good example is Mail for Exchange. Mail for Exhange has special versions to some S60 3rd edition devices.

This special edition includes so called ”Home screen”. When adding this special version of Mail for Exchange,

system should know that this application has that Home screen feature.

This way system may select this application to devices that require Home screen -feature when using automatic Mail for Exchange installation operations.

Feature management is divided in three sectors. Available features are listed in the left list. They can be dragged to the feature list in the middle.

There's feature name, negation, supported and removing columns available. By clicking the remove (-) -button,

feature will be removed from this application installation. S (Supported) is used to define if the feature is supported in this application.

N (Negation) is used to define if the feature is currently negated.

You can also add custom features by using the Custom feature text field or Copy from button which will copy features from some already defined application.

Some applications might also have special parameters which can be defined in the list at right.

Plus (+) button will add new parameter, and minus (-) button will remove currently selected parameter.
