Device Events (OBSOLETE)
THERE'S NO SUCH VIEW AND EVENT LOGS ARE TREATED IN Log Sub-System.
Events section view.
Events section contains information about what's happening in the device management. Section contains two different lists.
Left list contains devices, and the right list contains all device management operations that have been assigned to currently selected device.
When you select device from the left list, you can see all device management operations assigned for that device in the right list.
All operations have status values which can be used to determine is the operation done already, or is it still pending.
In cases that you have selected the add queue only choice from the device management section, you will see those pending entries here waiting for launch.
You can launch all pending entries by using the Execute pending entries button. It will notify selected device to start device management session with the server.
You can also select to delete pending entries by using the Delete all pending entries or Delete pending entry buttons.
Delete all pending entries will remove all pending entries from selected device and
Delete pending entry will remove only selected entry that is in Pending status.
It's also possible to refresh current event-status by using the Refresh button.
It will refresh device management entries to show current condition.
This section is also accessible via using the inventory, selecting a device and
clicking the OMA DM Event log from the mouse context menu (mouse right button).
Note:
Events will also show pending status for those device management operations that are just added and notified.
It might take some time before some operations are finished. So if you have just added new operations to be immediately processed,
try to be patient before using the Execute pending entries button.
