Device Reports
You can generate various reports about devices in the Reports view in the Devices tab. The reports are largely the same as what you can generate in the Devices→Inventory view with the Reports button.
A brief description of each report is given in the view. The common functionalities of report dialogs are described in Reports.
Device inventory
Device inventory section contains general information about all devices in the organization. It can be used, for example, in situations where an organization manager wants to print out all device statuses or simply just to export all available devices to an external file.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
ID
ID of the device; a unique identifier.
Owner
Full name of the device owner.
Model
Model type of the device.
Phone number
Phone number of the device.
Description
Description of the device
Operator/Carrier
Operator/Carrier name.
Current network
Name of the network that device is currently connected to.
IMEI / MEID
Device identification code.
Software
Device software version.
Groups
Device groups that device is part of.
Firmware
Currently installed firmware version on device.
Last synced
Timestamp from the last synchronization operation.
Last notified
Timestamp from the last notify.
Last processed
Timestamp from last device management session.
Last changed
Timestamp from last device value change.
FSMS
Marked with X if device has F-Secure currently installed.
MfE
Marked with X if device has Mail for Exchange (or Exchange ActiveSync client) currently installed.
Device initialisation status
The Device initialisation status report shows initialization related information about devices. Some devices may only have data synchronisation or device management installed and in some cases it will be good idea to list those devices to by printing or by exporting them to external file which can be used in different kind of purposes.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
ID
ID of the device; a unique identifier.
Phone number
Phone number of the device.
Model
Model type of the device.
Owner
Name of the owner account.
Supports DM+DS
Marked with X, if device supports both device management and data synchronisation.
DM+DS active
Marked with X if device has both device management and data synchronisation profiles that can be used to manage and synchronise device contents.
Supports only DS
Marked with X if device only supports data synchronisation.
Only DS active
Marked with X if device has only the data synchronisation profile activated.
Supports only DM
Marked with X if device supports only device management operations.
Only DM active
Marked with X if device has only the device management profile activated.
Supported device models
The Supported device models report is easy way to list all device types that are currently available for management. The report contains information about what kind of management can be done with each device type.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
Model
Model type of the device.
Device management
Marked with X if device management operations are supported for the model.
Data sync
Marked with X if data synchronization processing is supported for the model.
Client provisioning
Marked with X if the model can handle provisioning messages.
Firmware
Firmware version of the device model. (note: not used currently)
Pre-installed
A summary of pre-installed applications.
Device model usage
Device model usage dialog show s information about device models that have been added to system. Dialog also shows the total count of each device type, and the overall percentage for each device model.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
Model
Model type of the device.
Amount
Amount of added devices of the type.
Percentage
Percentage from the whole device count.
Devices without management settings
You may need to see which devices do not have management settings installed. The Devices without management settings lists all the devices that support device management, but do not have it active.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
ID
ID of the device; a unique identifier.
Model
The device model type.
Phone number
Phone number of the device.
Owner
Full name of the device owner.
No data synchronisation in N days
The report lists all devices that have not had a data synchronisation connection with the server for a given number of days.
To generate the report, first enter the number of days in the input box below the button and then click the button to generate the report.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
ID
ID of the device; a unique identifier.
Model
The device model type.
Phone number
Phone number of the device.
Owner
Full name of the device owner.
Last synced
Timestamp of the last data synchronisation with the device. It is empty if the device has never been synchronised.
Last notified
Timestamp of the last attempt to send a push notification message to the device. The device may or may not have received the notification. The value is empty if the device has never been notified.
You can check the connection timestamps for an individual device in Devices→Inventory, by selecting the device, clicking Diagnostics, and further selecting the General view.
No device management in N days
The report lists all devices that have not had a device management connection with the server for a given number of days.
To generate the report, first enter the number of days in the input box below the button and then click the button to generate the report.

ID
ID of the device; a unique identifier.
Model
The device model type.
Phone number
Phone number of the device.
Owner
Full name of the device owner.
Last synced
Timestamp of the last data synchronisation with the device. It is empty if the device has never been synchronised.
Last processed
Timestamp of the last connection with the device. It is empty if the device has never been connected.
You can check the connection timestamps for an individual device in device diagnostics, as described in Device Diagnostics.
Application installations
Listing Installations by Month
The first Application installations button lists applications installed through the system within a specified month. You need to select the month in the top left corner of the report window.
Generating the report shows a normal report dialog, described in Reports, with the following columns:
Account ID
Account cn identification.
Account name
Account name.
Organizational unit
Organizational unit of the account.
Device
Id of the target device.
Number
Phone number of the target device.
Application
Name of the installed application.
Date
Timestamp of the installation.
Listing Installations for a Particular Application
The second Application installations button lists installations for a specific application.
You can either:
- Select the application from the drop-down list under the button. The list includes all applications configured in the service, in Devices→Applications.
- Enter any software package ID in the input field under it. This way you can view any applications reported by the devices as installed.
