Export Devices

You can export a list of devices to a CSV or Excel file by using the Export operation. You may need to do so for a number of reasons, such as reporting, etc.

To export devices in the Devices→Inventory view, select them and click More→Export. Export dialog with file format options will open.

Once done with the settings, click Download to download the export file. You can exit the dialog by clicking Close.

File format

Select the file format you wish to use.

• CSV (Comma-separated values) is a common plain-text table format
• Microsoft Excel is Excel-specific table format (XSL, not XML-based XSLX)

Separator

You can select the separator character used to separate values in the file.

Quote character

Defines the type for how table values are quoted, using either double quotes (") or single quotes (').

Character set

Defines the character set to be used when exporting the CSV file.
