Mass change EAS credentials of devices

This tool is a solution to a situation where you need to change the EAS credentials of several already provisioned devices. The process includes creating an Excel spreadsheet file containing the required changes.

1. Open the tool. It is located in the Device Inventory view's toolbar.
   
2. Download a template changes file by pressing Download. By default the downloaded file will contain example lines for each device that supports EAS settings. If you want to include lines for every device regardless of their support, unselect the related checkbox.
   
   
3. Make changes to the downloaded file. You must keep the first row (headers). You must include some identifying information for each device (either device ID or previous EAS email address). Some of the other values are required as well. Any rows not having required values will be ignored. Then upload the file by using the Upload button.
4. The uploaded file is read and you will be asked to confirm before the changes are written into the device profiles. Confirm the displayed information and press Write changes to continue.
   
5. Now you have the option to send the updated settings to devices. You can skip this if you unselect the related checkbox.
   
6. The process is finished.
